If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) to us within 30 days for a full refund. It’s as simple as that!

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.  Worn and laundered apparel cannot be returned. We also do not accept stickers and decals that have been applied to a surface & then removed. Gift cards are not refundable.

 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to let you know we got it, and a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please get in touch with us at: info@blddesignsinc.com

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

You are responsible for returning your item to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot assure that we will receive your returned item.
